Land & Lake Car Hire information - 2009
Land & Lake are able to assist you in hiring a vehicle of your choice. We deal with reputable car hire companies and have managed to obtain preferential rates. Most hires include unlimited mileage and insurance. We hire saloon vehicles [normal cars] 4 X 4's, expedition equipped vehicles [see fully kitted], busses and trucks.
A valid drivers licence is required to hire vehicles in Malawi. This licence should be carried with you at all times when driving as there are frequent police checks where you will need to produce your licence.
A 20 % deposit is needed to secure your vehicle in advance. The balance of payment and the refundable excess amount is due on, or before, the hire period. Please contact us for payment options.

Saloon vehicle US$ 90 per day - Excess US$ 1800.00 & 0.40c per km
4 X 4 Station Wagon US$ 180 per day - Excess US$ 4500.00 & 0.75c per km
4 X 4 Fully Kitted US$ 210 per day - Excess US$ 5000.00 & 0.75c per km
Rentals Include:
* 150 km free per day
* Malawi 3rd party Insurance Cover.
* Cleaning fee.
