with limited time--Land and Lake Safaris are offering an unique
opportunity to visit one of the natural wonders of the world--The
magnificent VICTORIA FALLS--You
will be flown by private charter plane to the falls, on arrival you
will descend to an altitude of 1500ft and circle the falls for your
personal "flight of angels". Then be transferred to the
comfortable Zambezi Waterfront Lodge, where you stay in comfortable en
suite rooms overlooking the mighty Zambezi River.
Day 1 - Meet your pilot at the
departure hall in the Lilongwe International Airport - After clearing
customs, board your charter plane and fly for 2.5hrs to land at Lower
Zambezi, Mfuwe or Lusaka where you will have time to stretch your legs.
The flight path is over the Lower Zambezi Game Park and follows part of
the Zambezi Watercourse. From this point it's a 1.5hr flight to
Livingstone. As an added bonus you will have your own private flight
over the falls prior to landing at Livingstone. The plane will circle
the falls and gorges at 1500ft, allowing you to capture the overall
splendor on film. On arrival at Livingstone airport, you will be
transferred to the Zambezi Waterfront Lodge. Your stay here is on a bed and breakfast basis. An afternoon tour of the falls is included in your package. Details of your falls tour will be communicated to you on arrival by the hotel's tours desk. Overnight Zambezi Waterfront on BB basis
Day 2- You have to yourself. The
hotel's tours desk will assist you with information and make the
relevant bookings for you as required. This areas is know as the
"Adventure Capital of Africa" with many activity options to choose from
- these include river trips, sundowner cruises, white water rafting,
game drives, tiger fishing, shopping, etc. Overnight Zambezi Waterfront on BB basis
Day 3 - Your departure back to
Lilongwe is dependent on the group and this will be decided upon by
your pilot. (Clients have the option to fly for 3.5 hrs and to
disembark at Mfuwe for those joining any Land & Lake's
Luangwa Valley packages.) From Mfuwe it's a short 55 min flight
to Lilongwe and the end of your trip.

sight of millions of liters of water gushing into a huge chasm creating

The Zambezi Waterfront Village has
well appointed furnished rooms set in spacious grounds. There are 2
swimming pools situated near the bar, BBQ and auditorium. Stunning
Zambezi sunsets can be enjoyed from the entertainment complex or the
restaurant area
